Superinjunction

Having a super time with this

The rationale for injunctions is fair and, when used correctly, make sense. Newspapers can't publish information that falls under the official secrets act or information that would cause an unfair trial.

People in the public eye have a right to privacy but they also have a responsibility that comes with the celebrity status they have lusted after (oh, if only that were all they hankered after).

A footballer, for example, is an aspiration for children and therefore should act responsibly and not become a unconstructive influence.

It is not right to gag the media in this way and you will look the fool for doing so.
